About the role

Flex is seeking a Test Engineer to join its manufacturing team in Aguascalientes. You will help ensure product quality by implementing and maintaining efficient testing and troubleshooting methods for systems, software, and equipment.

Key responsibilities

Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide on‑site support.
Deliver customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Operate and calibrate various measuring equipment.
Develop measurement process instructions (MPIs) and maintain related documentation.
Provide online production support to keep manufacturing lines running smoothly.

Required profile

Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
Familiarity with measurement tools.
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office.
