About the role
The Testing Coordinator supports the Disability Services testing program by ensuring that students with disabilities receive appropriate exam accommodations. Reporting to the Testing Manager, this role is a key member of the student affairs team, focused on delivering high‑quality, accessible testing experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Proctor exams for students with disabilities requiring accommodations.
- Assist in coordinating the Disability Services testing program, including scheduling and logistics.
- Support the Testing Manager with record‑keeping and reporting of accommodation outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures and student interactions.
Required profile
- Commitment to advocating for students with disabilities and supporting institutional priorities.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to find innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills in person, written, and virtual settings.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within the Disability Services team.
