Tier 2 Cloud Engineer – Managed Services

About the role

We are seeking a Tier 2 Cloud Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The role involves supporting, maintaining and optimizing Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud environments while acting as an escalation point for complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor and support Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking, security, performance and authentication problems.
• Provide backup, disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation resource for service‑desk and managed‑services tickets.
• Collaborate on cloud migrations, upgrades and modernization projects.
• Deliver technical recommendations, best practices and documentation.
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, patch management, endpoint protection and security incident response.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, managed services or cloud engineering.
• Strong troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced managed‑services environment.
