Trainee de Transporte – Inbound & Outbound Support

About the role

This trainee position supports inbound and outbound transport operations, acting as a backup for Transport Specialists. You will work on end‑to‑end traceability of parts collection, documentation handling, and coordination with international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Quote, generate, and track end‑to‑end collection of spare parts.
• Provide import documentation (invoice, guide, B/L, packing list, etc.) to account executives.
• Create release and transport instructions for land and maritime flows (Asia).
• Participate in conferences with inter‑company counterparts for international operational follow‑up.
• Develop continuous‑improvement (Kaizen) plans.
• Prepare and share export documentation for land operations.
• Generate transit documentation (Complemento Carta Porte) for national land flows.
• Report monthly transport carrier performance and manage corrective action plans.
• Document low‑performance cases in the Crisis & Risk List and track actions.
• Seek automation of internal processes and provide overall transport operation support.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in International Trade, International Economic Relations, International Business, Transportation Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of import/export operations.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI.
