Trainee Recruiter – Entry-Level Remote Position

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Trainee Recruiter and start your career in talent acquisition. You will support experienced recruiters throughout the hiring process while learning the fundamentals of recruitment and sourcing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and career platforms.
• Support candidate sourcing using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and help with initial resume screening under senior recruiter guidance.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
