Training Specialist (Independent Contractor)

About the role

Diligent is looking for a Training Specialist I to deliver high‑quality onboarding and ongoing coaching for users of its governance, risk and compliance SaaS suite. The role is contract‑based and focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver live training sessions (individual, group, webinar, and in‑person) using Zoom, Microsoft Teams and BigMarker.
• Create and maintain training resources, e‑learning modules, and instructional videos with iSpring and Iorad.
• Log all training activities in internal systems for reporting and analytics.
• Respond to client training requests, handle administrative tasks, and support occasional travel for workshops or professional development.
• Identify opportunities for lead generation during training interactions.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong planning, organization, and time‑management abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• High energy, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm in unexpected situations.
