Travel Experience Agent

About the role

The Travel Experience Agent will manage and support reservations made through major online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia and Marriott. Working from our Polanco office in Mexico City, you will ensure a smooth end‑to‑end guest experience, from inquiry to checkout.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and monitor bookings across multiple OTA platforms.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide professional assistance.
• Coordinate check‑ins, follow‑ups and last‑minute reservation changes.
• Track payments, process refunds, and handle special requests.
• Identify platform issues or policy updates and communicate them to internal teams.
• Collaborate on cross‑functional projects to improve OTA operations and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2‑C1) with strong written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player willing to support cross‑department collaboration.
• Based in Mexico City and able to work onsite.

Required skills

• Experience with OTA platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Marriott, etc.) is a plus.
