Vice President & General Manager – Mexico Operations

About the role

This executive position leads the newly established manufacturing operation in Monterrey, Mexico. The leader will be responsible for scaling the plant while ensuring operational excellence and aligning with global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all plant functions including production, engineering, quality, supply chain and maintenance.
• Own performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Scale the organization rapidly while maintaining high standards.
• Drive Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and execution discipline.
• Lead complex PCBA / SMT manufacturing processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer, quality, regulatory and IMMEX requirements.
• Partner with U.S.-based leadership on strategy and financial performance.
• Build, develop and retain a high‑performing, engaged team.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven senior leadership experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Expertise in PCBA / SMT operations strongly preferred.
• Experience operating in U.S.–Mexico manufacturing environments.
• Track record of successfully scaling operations (capacity, team, systems).
• Strong operational and financial acumen.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
