Vice President, Quality

About the role

The Vice President of Quality will lead the development, execution and continuous improvement of the Quality Culture, Strategy & Performance for cbrands' Beer Division. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees end‑to‑end quality across the supply chain, from raw materials to the consumer.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an assurance program that prevents recalls and severe quality incidents while enhancing product taste and shelf‑life.
• Ensure quality excellence across breweries, laboratories, yeast management, packaging and export operations, meeting on‑time schedules and high‑performance standards.
• Lead risk‑based surveillance for new liquids and brand extensions in partnership with Innovation and R&D teams.
• Oversee two direct reports: Sr. Director, Manufacturing Quality and Sr. Director, Market/Distribution Quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Consumer Care, Quality by Design, Profit of Quality, food‑safety systems (ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, C‑TPAT, HACCP/TACCP/VACCP, FSMA), shelf‑life management, traceability and knowledge management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or Brewing Science; Master’s in Quality and Productivity preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management, preferably within brewing, distilling or packaging.
• Proven people‑management track record with the ability to build and motivate high‑performing teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills; ability to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
