Video Project Manager

About the role

LocalEyes, an Emmy award‑winning video agency, is looking for a Video Project Manager to act as the producer’s right hand on every project. You will own the operational side of production, ensuring schedules, logistics and documentation are flawless while supporting client‑facing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain project boards in Monday.com and keep capacity estimates up to date.
• Create and organize project folders in Google Drive, Suite and Frame.io, managing partner access.
• Transcribe handoff forms into working documents and configure Slack channels with essential project information.
• Attend kickoff calls, take detailed notes, and build pre‑production documents such as shot lists, call sheets and schedules.
• Assist with interview question development, talent selection, location scouting and partner outreach.
• Close projects cleanly, collect all assets, capture data for KPI reporting and support client NPS tracking.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss progress, roadblocks and capacity.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in video production, project management or a closely related field.
• Hands‑on video production knowledge – you understand how a shoot comes together.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Full overlap with US Pacific business hours.
• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
