Warehouse Operator II – Manufacturing Facility

About the role

Join The Coca-Cola Company as a Warehouse Operator II and play a vital part in keeping product flow smooth at our manufacturing facility. You will handle inbound and outbound goods, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the overall efficiency of the distribution center.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, checking for damage and invoice discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders according to written or verbal instructions.
• Operate a forklift to move freight, load/unload vehicles, and manage storage areas for packaging materials, ingredients, and finished products.
• Prepare shipment documentation and ensure compliance with security and regulatory procedures.
• Assist with inventory control activities such as cycle counting.
• Support quality assurance by handling excess or rejected ingredients.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Valid forklift operator license (or ability to obtain certification).
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts, including overtime.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb and move items 10 ft or more.
• Willingness to complete required training within 60 working days.
