Warehouse Procurement Manager

About the role

SHEIN is looking for an experienced Warehouse Procurement Manager to lead purchasing activities for its warehouse operations. The role focuses on developing cost‑effective procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely acquisition of equipment, consumables, MRO items, and services that support warehouse performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for warehouse‑specific categories such as material handling equipment, packaging, PPE, cleaning supplies, and MRO parts.
• Lead annual and quarterly contract negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and service levels.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors to improve cost, quality, or lead times.
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Finance, and Logistics teams.
• Partner with Finance on purchase‑order approvals, payment terms, and accruals.
• Manage RFI, RFQ, and bid processes and maintain a diversified vendor pool for assets, 3PL services, and regular supplies.
• Communicate procurement options and scope clearly to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 6 years of procurement experience, including at least 2 years in warehouse procurement.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; Chinese speaking is a plus.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities using Excel (Power Pivot, advanced formulas).
