Wedding Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Wedding Sales Manager to lead and grow the wedding revenue segment at Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, a luxury resort destination. The role combines creative event design with a strong commercial focus to deliver unforgettable wedding experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Drive wedding sales through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
• Sell wedding packages and maximize ancillary revenue such as food & beverage, décor, spa, and events.
• Lead the Weddings team and ensure exceptional execution of each event.
• Build strong partnerships with wedding planners, agencies, and travel advisors.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to position the resort and deliver seamless experiences.
• Monitor trends and continuously enhance the wedding offering.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in wedding sales, catering, or social events, preferably in resorts.
• Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue generation.
• Excellent negotiation, organization, and client management skills.
• Creative approach to event design and guest experience.
• Fluent English required.
