Workday Consultant

About the role

Marsh is looking for a Workday Consultant to join its team in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role with at least three days a week in the office. You will work alongside experienced delivery leaders and functional and technical specialists to support clients across the full Workday product suite, in a high-growth, client-facing position with deep exposure to ongoing system management.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client configuration requests and drive issue resolution within your assigned Workday domain
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve Workday support tickets in a timely and high-quality manner
• Perform configuration changes, business process updates and testing in Workday tenant environments
• Document solutions, processes and client-specific configurations clearly and thoroughly
• Collaborate with cross-functional AMS team members to support clients
• Support project delivery tasks such as testing, data validation and change management
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or optimization for client accounts

Required profile

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Advanced level of English is a must
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with a client service mindset
• Applicants are considered for one of five domain tracks based on background and interest: Payroll, Time Tracking & Scheduling, HCM, Talent Management or Integrations

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Basic understanding of enterprise software solutions
• Nice to have: prior Workday experience, ERP or HRIS internship or academic projects, familiarity with ITSM concepts or ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira), and experience in a consulting or client-facing environment
