Workday Consultant (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

HR Path is seeking a Workday Consultant to deliver implementation and support services for clients across Latin America. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the region, with a focus on delivering high‑quality Workday solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting and implementation services for Workday projects.
• Configure and optimize multiple Workday modules.
• Deliver end‑user support and manage support tickets via Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams at various levels.
• Participate in implementation methodologies and project delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday consultant (implementation or support).
• Experience configuring at least two Workday modules.
• Workday certifications in relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management).
• Fluent English and experience working with LATAM operations.
• Proficiency with ticketing tools such as Jira.
