Workday Consultant (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Workday Functional Consultant to drive configuration, testing and operational enhancements across Workday HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Learning modules. The role works closely with HR, Talent and HR Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions while maintaining data integrity and process consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Workday business processes, security settings and reporting for HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Learning.
• Support testing cycles, manage enhancements and provide production support.
• Collaborate with HR and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions meet governance standards.
• Document configuration decisions, process flows and test results.
• Maintain data quality and troubleshoot issues across Workday modules.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of functional experience with Workday HCM and at least one additional module (Recruiting, Talent or Learning).
• Hands‑on experience configuring business processes, security and reporting.
• Strong understanding of Workday frameworks such as BPF, calculated fields and security.
• Proven ability to support testing, enhancements and production support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
