Young Professional – Learning & Development (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Young Professional to join our Learning & Development team at BairesDev. This remote position offers an excellent entry‑level opportunity to support the design, coordination and delivery of training programs within a global tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating logistics for training programs, workshops and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides and e‑learning content.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is organized and up‑to‑date.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to help evaluate and improve learning programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Help track and report L&D metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration or related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development or instructional design.
• Creative, organized and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
• Basic knowledge of e‑learning authoring tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or similar.
