Assistant Store Director – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Director to join Saint Laurent’s Santa Fe boutique. Reporting to the Store Director, you will help lead the sales team and ensure the store meets its quantitative and qualitative performance targets while delivering an exceptional brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Department Manager and sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Promote brand engagement with customers to meet assigned quantitative and qualitative objectives.
• Coach and develop staff, ensuring professional growth and high‑quality training.
• Define and monitor targeted goals, guaranteeing their achievement.
• Assist the Store Director with floor coverage, visual merchandising, customer service and daily operations.
• Act as the training ambassador for all learning initiatives.
• Build a network of contacts that enhances local and international luxury business and drives customer loyalty.

Required profile

• Significant experience in luxury goods or retail sales.
• 2–4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position.
• Excellent time‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus.
