Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Santa Fe, MX)

About the role

As a Client Advisor for Fendi in Santa Fe, you will deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales performance. You will build lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, and tailor their in‑store experience to reflect the prestige of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales targets and critical performance metrics.
• Maintain and grow a client book using in‑house clienteling tools.
• Handle special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
• Operate the POS system accurately and keep the customer database up to date.
• Participate in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and store maintenance.
• Support opening/closing duties and lead morning team meetings when required.
• Uphold Fendi’s dress code, grooming standards, and loss‑prevention policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar sales environment.
• Strong results‑driven mindset with a goal‑oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS systems and basic inventory management functions.
