Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the digital strategy for Banyan Tree Veya and Banyan Tree Cabo Marqués, ensuring a cohesive, high‑performing online presence that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning. This role drives brand visibility, demand generation, and direct revenue through data‑driven storytelling across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives including website management, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing and social media.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and collaborate with Revenue, Sales, PR, Operations, Spa, Wellness, F&B and Brand teams.
• Continuously optimise website content, user experience and conversion pathways to increase direct bookings.
• Oversee performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta platforms and retargeting networks; monitor traffic, booking trends and conversion metrics.
• Generate actionable insights from analytics tools and dashboards to improve ROI.
• Coordinate photo and video productions, manage digital asset libraries and ensure distribution across OTA channels and brand platforms.
