About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead full‑funnel growth for a fast‑growing direct‑to‑consumer energy drink brand. The role focuses on subscription acquisition and retention, driving revenue through paid media, creative strategy, and data‑driven optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition on Meta platforms, manage budgets, and report performance.
- Develop and execute creative strategy across founder content, UGC, and whitelisting, with a focus on TikTok and organic channels.
- Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing‑page testing, using heatmaps and session analysis.
- Design and optimize subscription retention flows, win‑back campaigns, loyalty incentives, and Klaviyo email/SMS sequences.
- Forecast and track core KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, churn, and subscription rate, delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience scaling DTC/CPG brands with measurable revenue impact.
- Deep expertise in Meta ad buying, including manual, CBO/ABO, Max Value, and bid‑cap strategies.
- Proven track record in subscription‑focused CRO and retention, fluent with Klaviyo and email/SMS tactics.
- Strong creative sensibility with experience producing content and collaborating with creators.
- Analytical mindset comfortable adopting new AI tools to accelerate testing.
