Marketing and Brand Coordinator

About the role

Teamswell is seeking a highly creative, strategic and execution‑focused Marketing & Brand Coordinator to build, elevate and scale a growing consumer brand across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Storefront & Analytics Audit: Optimize Shopify product pages, set up email capture pop‑ups, and install tracking pixels and analytics for a clean mobile and checkout experience.
• Brand Asset Creation: Develop visual guidelines and a brand kit, and create reusable Canva templates for social posts, advertisements, and one‑pagers.
• Infrastructure Setup: Configure Meta Business Suite, establish tracking workflows, and maintain a shared content calendar.
• Content Pipeline: Define posting cadence and an end‑to‑end production workflow for short‑form video (Reels/TikTok) and product photography.
• Ongoing Execution: Produce and publish weekly on‑brand content on Instagram, TikTok and email (target: 4 short‑form videos, 2‑3 static posts, and 1 email per week).
• Growth & Outreach: Source and manage micro‑influencer seeding, product sampling programs, and strategic brand partnerships.
• Paid Social: Run small‑budget Meta ad tests ($300‑$500/month) to amplify top‑performing organic content.
• Vendor Coordination: Direct freelance photographers, video editors, designers, and other vendors while staying on budget.
• Reporting & Strategy: Track campaign performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
