About the role
Pacvue is building a new hub in Mexico City and is looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead the operational and technical functions of the office. The role will start remotely and shift to a hybrid schedule once the office space is ready, supporting a fast‑growing team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute all office events and meetings, including customer engagements, board meetings and executive off‑sites.
- Maintain day‑to‑day office operations: access control, seating, technology setup, supply ordering and kitchen management.
- Design and run employee experience programs such as team gatherings, happy hours and community events.
- Lead cross‑functional special projects, including swag programs and other initiatives.
- Own on‑site IT operations, managing hardware lifecycle, inventory tracking and asset management.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing office operations in a fast‑growing environment.
- Strong independent judgment and ability to resolve issues with minimal escalation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time.
