About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented part‑time Administrative Assistant to join our People Operations team. The role supports the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation, equipment requests, and scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, guaranteeing data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Schedule interviews, manage job postings, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with HR audits, documentation, and other compliance‑related tasks.
- Draft internal communications and support culture‑building initiatives and events.
- Provide general administrative support to the People Operations team.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with HR exposure.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Gusto, or Workday.
