Project Manager – Large‑Scale Electrification Projects

About the role

ABB is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑size electrification projects in Apodaca, Nuevo León. You will be responsible for ensuring project execution aligns with ABB’s procedures, standards, and customer expectations while driving successful delivery of contracted outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project team and define the execution approach for large‑scale projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control internal and external resources to meet project goals.
• Track project progress, resource utilization, and financial performance.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure formal acceptance, contract close‑out, and customer acknowledgment in line with contractual terms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience with direct client interaction.
• Strong knowledge of PMI/PMBOK methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
