About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support its U.S. Talent Acquisition team from the Mexico City office. The role ensures a seamless, high‑quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers in a fast‑growing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, real‑time updates across recruitment systems, trackers and reporting tools.
• Provide administrative support for high‑volume recruitment processes while ensuring consistency and precision.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve candidate experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks based on business needs and deliver assignments to completion.
