Regional Accounting & Tax Manager – LATAM

About the role

Henkel is seeking a Regional Accounting and Tax Manager for Latin America to lead external reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as a strategic finance partner across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate external financial reports in line with established guidelines and deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Support major projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and system migrations that affect general accounting.
• Partner with business units to evaluate the financial impact of strategic decisions.
• Implement and monitor accounting‑related internal controls.
• Continuously review and propose improvements to existing accounting processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in accounting audit, financial accounting, analysis, and reporting.
• Proven ability to analyse cash‑flow statements and financial results.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Effective decision‑making skills.
