Reservations Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Reservations Manager will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s yield by directing, controlling and coordinating all reservation activities at Banyan Tree Mayakoba.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise reservation processes to achieve revenue targets.
• Configure, report, and control inventory, segmentation and rates using Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud.
• Analyse reservation data and produce actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes, AAA and LQA standards.
• Collaborate with front‑office and revenue teams to align strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a reservations role within luxury hospitality.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud (configuration, reporting, inventory, segmentation, rate control).
• Microsoft Excel – advanced level.
• Data analytics – ability to interpret and act on reservation data.
