Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment operations across Mexico and the LATAM region. You will partner with business leaders, hiring managers and HR teams to attract top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for technical and non‑technical positions across Mexico and LATAM.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, workforce planning and hiring timelines.
• Manage recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire and pipeline health.
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate interview processes.
• Maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Oversee relationships with staffing vendors, recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regional hiring regulations.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives across LATAM.
• Mentor and guide recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
• Support onboarding coordination and candidate engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrated success hiring for IT/Technology, engineering, sales, operations and corporate functions in Mexico and LATAM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
