Tax Manager (Cancun)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join Ennismore’s global collective in Cancun. The role will support the launch of two new all‑inclusive brands in 2026 and ensure robust tax compliance across federal, state and local obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal and local taxes, including VAT (IVA), Income Tax (ISR), and related withholdings.
• Determine annual income tax provisions and ensure timely monthly and annual tax compliance.
• Record accounting entries related to taxes and maintain internal controls for tax compliance.
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes and prepare annual income tax forecasts.
• Calculate deferred taxes and perform tax reconciliations.
• Attend and respond to audits and inquiries from SAT and state authorities.
• Identify tax risks and implement mitigation strategies through standardized policies and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in tax‑related positions.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican federal and state tax legislation.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate level of English.
