About the role
We are seeking a proactive Temporary HR Manager to lead our human resources function on a short‑term basis. You will be responsible for shaping HR policies, driving recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding and orientation.
- Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and promote an inclusive, productive environment.
- Oversee performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Identify training needs, design learning initiatives, and support career development.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation.
- Partner with safety teams to uphold workplace safety standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records, track HR metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Align HR initiatives with business objectives and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR software and HRIS systems.
