Young Professional Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a motivated Young Professional Recruiter to join its global talent acquisition team. This fully remote position offers an entry‑level opportunity to support end‑to‑end recruitment for a diverse portfolio of technology roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to build diverse pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate fit and interest.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to refine search strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
