Director, Customer Success

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead its Advisors Customer Success team in Mexico. The role focuses on ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximizing the value of Mastercard’s digital payments products and services.

Key responsibilities

• People Management – coach, train, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, overseeing performance, career growth, and skill development.
• Operational Management – drive proactive engagement, monitor net retention rate, and ensure delivery of value‑added services.
• Product Launch Coordination – collaborate with cross‑functional partners to introduce new products and services to customers.
• Customer Engagement – create tailored strategies to improve satisfaction, adoption, and advocacy.

Required profile

• Extensive experience building and executing learning plans for customer‑facing teams.
• Proven ability to collect and provide feedback, conduct performance evaluations, and manage performance.
• Strong leadership background in a B2B environment, preferably within payments or financial services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
