Specialist – Consumer Products & Solutions

About the role

The North LAC Consumer Core team at Mastercard is looking for a Specialist in Consumer Products and Solutions. You will work across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, supporting the Consumer Core sales specialist team to drive product differentiation, adoption and commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business plans for products, including P&L, benchmarking, market research and technical development.
• Manage day‑to‑day operational processes such as research, product performance tracking, invoicing, payment and sourcing.
• Collaborate closely with regional teams, sales specialists and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance metrics throughout the product life‑cycle and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Provide case‑by‑case support to sales and customer‑facing teams on operational aspects of consumer products.
• Oversee local benefit programs, including merchant and affluent customer benefits.
• Analyze competitor product offerings, business models and technology innovations and share insights.
• Anticipate future customer needs and work proactively with sales specialists.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience.
• Experience in operational management of daily services such as invoicing and source approvals.
• Hands‑on approach to product management excellence and best‑practice sharing.
• Demonstrated adherence to Mastercard Way behaviors in customer and stakeholder interactions.
• Strong communication skills for building internal and external relationships.
• Commitment to continuous learning of Mastercard consumer products and services.
