About the role
Envalior, a global leader in engineering materials, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to strengthen its presence in Querétaro and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with key customers in the automotive, plastics, and polymer sectors, driving growth and delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Identify new clients and expand business with existing customers in and around Querétaro.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prepare quotations, negotiate prices, ensure contract compliance.
- Provide technical‑commercial support, address quality issues, and assist customers with product applications.
- Coordinate with global account managers across NAFTA, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC to align strategies.
- Process orders, verify purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage SAP entries.
- Monitor sales targets, maintain forecasts, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in automotive, plastics, or polymer engineering.
- Strong knowledge of automotive specifications and high‑performance materials.
- Fluent English and holder of a valid US visa.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to commute daily to the Querétaro office.
