Human Resources Generalist

About the role

SSOE is seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join its fast‑growing team. You will play a key part in delivering a high‑quality employee experience, from recruitment through off‑boarding, while supporting the company’s AI‑driven innovation strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and drafting of employment contracts.
• Register new hires in internal systems and coordinate delivery of work equipment.
• Monitor vacations, sick leave, permits, absences and related deductions.
• Handle terminations, deregistration, and conduct exit interviews.
• Provide employee counseling, support managers with staff development, and assist with corrective action programs.
• Administer major, minor, and life medical insurance policies, renewals, claims follow‑up and employee inquiries.
• Assist in drafting and updating company policies, procedures and internal portal content.
• Support organizational development activities, performance evaluations, and compliance with NOM035.
• Collaborate on salary strategy, job descriptions, and evaluations.
• Coordinate learning and development programs in partnership with the corporate L&D team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in an HR generalist role handling recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, technology‑focused environment.
