Project Manager

About the role

E80 Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of automated intralogistics solutions for manufacturers of consumer goods. You will coordinate all project phases, from budgeting and planning to testing and hand‑over at the customer site, ensuring projects meet quality, cost and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor execution of activities against contractual quality, economic and time objectives.
• Act as the main interface between internal project teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to align processes with the company’s quality system.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage change requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Management, Electronics or Computer Science.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong organizational ability and customer‑relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 % of the time.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced information systems knowledge.
• Experience with ERP platforms.
• Business Intelligence (BI) tools proficiency.
• Familiarity with business‑process analysis methodologies.
