Human Resources Generalist

About the role

SSOE Group Mexico is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its growing team. You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hiring and onboarding processes, including drafting employment contracts and registering new hires.
• Coordinate delivery of work equipment and tools, and handle incident control.
• Monitor and control vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and related deductions.
• Oversee termination procedures, deregistration in internal systems, and conduct exit interviews.
• Provide employee counseling, support managers with staff development, and assist with corrective action programs.
• Administer benefits programs, manage insurance policies, renewals, claims, and internal benefit campaigns.
• Assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and the internal HR portal.
• Support organizational development activities, including performance evaluations, training needs analysis, compliance with NOM035, and salary strategy planning.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, assess training needs, evaluate feedback, and liaise with external providers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or a related field (Cédula and Título required).
• Minimum of 7 years of practical experience in an HR Generalist role.
• Demonstrated experience with NOM 035 compliance and Learning & Development programs.
