Account Manager – Category Growth (Mexico)

About the role

Palmstreet is expanding its live‑shopping platform into Mexico and seeks a full‑time Category Account Manager contractor. You will support emerging and established sellers, helping them grow on‑platform while shaping scalable category operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify high‑potential sellers by analyzing sales data and provide structured support such as strategy sessions and targeted incentives.
• Develop and implement a repeatable growth framework, including seller touchpoint cadences and incentive testing.
• Manage day‑to‑day category operations, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and handle ad‑hoc seller needs.
• Monitor seller performance, maintain pipeline health, and escalate insights as needed.

Required profile

• Professional‑level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 3+ years in a high‑touchpoint Account or Category Manager role, preferably in a fast‑growing startup or marketplace.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and able to manage dozens of seller interactions simultaneously.
• Strong service mindset, focused on seller success and operational execution.
