About the role
The Account Manager will be the primary business interface for assigned B2B customers, responsible for driving revenue growth while safeguarding profitability. You will lead account strategy, pricing, collections and contract alignment, and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and business reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts and generate quotes for new business.
- Manage account financial performance, including revenue, margin and P&L, and lead repricing initiatives.
- Oversee collections, AR, E&O and tariff issues to ensure timely payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align account strategy, support business development and resolve commercial risks.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance or related field (preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in account management, sales or commercial operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to balance customer satisfaction with financial performance.
- Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using business reporting tools.
