Accounts Payable Intern

About the role

Genpact is looking for motivated final-year students to join its Accounts Payable team in Guadalajara. The internship gives hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global finance operations environment, lets you work on real processes and prepares you for a potential full-time career after graduation. It runs from October 19, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and follows a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices accurately in the accounting system
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts and flag discrepancies
• Support vendor statement reviews and account reconciliations
• Respond to internal and supplier inquiries about payment status
• Organize and maintain accounting documentation and files
• Support month-end close activities and reporting
• Take part in continuous improvement activities

Required profile

• Final-year bachelor's student with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or January 2027 in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or a related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting terminology and how it applies in the workplace
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level)
