Workday Finance - Senior Associate

About the role

PwC's Acceleration Center Mexico is hiring a Workday Finance Senior Associate to join global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. The role sits in the Digital Core Modernisation practice and helps clients optimise operational efficiency by analysing their needs, implementing Workday finance solutions and providing training and support. You will build client relationships, manage workstreams, mentor juniors and develop your technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Finance consulting support across client workstreams, turning business needs into configured application solutions
• Analyse finance processes, controls and reporting requirements to support implementation and optimisation
• Configure and test Workday Finance features, integrations and data workflows
• Interpret client feedback and transaction data to spot process gaps and recommend improvements
• Develop training materials and user guidance for new finance application functionality
• Coordinate issue resolution and track progress through implementation milestones
• Review deliverables from junior team members and give feedback
• Build client relationships by answering questions and supporting discussions on project direction

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (a Master's or MBA in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, HR/Industrial Relations or Organizational Management is preferred)
• At least 3 years of Workday product experience
• Current pursuit of or a Workday Pro certification
• Oral and written English proficiency
