Front Line Manager - F&A - R2R 4B

About the role

Genpact is looking for a Front Line Manager for its F&A - R2R (Record to Report) team in Guadalajara, Mexico. The role leads multiple stakeholders and ensures the monthly close and reporting process runs smoothly, with a hybrid work arrangement and a day shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple stakeholders
• Ensure smooth month-end close and reporting every month
• Ensure adherence to and meeting of KPIs and SLAs, and review the timely execution of controls
• Drive audit deliverables and the timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Build customer relationships, drive confidence and improve customer satisfaction, and lead all process-update calls with customers when needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance
• Certifications such as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
• Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level)
