Agentic AI / Conversational Designer

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Agentic AI / Conversational Designer to join its Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) team in Queretaro. In this consulting position you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create voice and chat‑based AI solutions that improve client operations and customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and design conversational flows for IVR, VUI, virtual assistants, chatbots and omnichannel interfaces.
• Write content and define personas, functional designs, process scenarios, and support procedures.
• Prototype, test, and train models/intent classifiers using NLU and large language models (LLMs).
• Partner with engagement leaders, AI architects, developers, UX designers and product managers to deliver enterprise AI services for voice and chat.
• Collaborate with clients and partner teams to identify use cases across phone, chat, kiosks, drive‑thru and digital humans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in conversational AI design and implementation.
• Ability to work independently, provide technical guidance and share innovative ideas.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction and cross‑team collaboration.
