AI Native Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an AI Native Executive Assistant to own and evolve the internal operating system of a fast‑moving AI health technology company. This is not a traditional EA role – you will design, build, and automate tools that keep the founder and two business verticals running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a centralized company operating system in Notion, documenting goals, OKRs, meeting notes, and project context.
• Implement and integrate the AI‑native toolstack (Grain, Attio CRM, Linear, etc.) and configure permissions, workflows, and cross‑platform integrations.
• Audit recurring operational processes and automate them using no‑code/low‑code platforms such as Zapier, Make, Claude, Cursor, or similar.
• Create automations that sync data across tools (e.g., auto‑populate Linear from monthly goals).
• Provide chief‑of‑staff support to the founder: track follow‑ups, manage action items, book travel, coordinate scheduling, and handle logistics across both verticals.

Required profile

• Operationally sharp and comfortable working with AI and automation tools.
• Self‑starter who can identify manual bottlenecks and replace them with scalable systems.
• Available during US business hours and able to work 100 % remote.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep documentation current as the company scales.

Required skills

• Notion for knowledge‑base management.
• AI‑native tools such as Grain (meeting recording), Attio CRM, Linear (task tracking).
• No‑code/low‑code automation platforms: Zapier, Make, Claude, Cursor, or equivalents.
