Assistant Manager - Plaza Norte 2, Hollister

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store at Plaza Norte 2 in San Sebastian de los Reyes. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management: driving sales through analysis and customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and leading the team from recruiting and training to engagement and development. Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operations.
• Handle staffing and scheduling, and manage payroll.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control.
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish, required.
• Strong customer focus, knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-building and coaching ability.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks, take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment.

The starting rate is EUR 27,500 per year. Job offers may be conditional on completing the applicable work visa formalities.
