Key Lead (Part-Time Store Supervisor) - Hollister Plaza Norte 2

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring a Key Lead (part-time) for its Hollister store at Plaza Norte 2 in San Sebastian de los Reyes. The Key Lead acts as Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates so that store operations run smoothly and customers receive a quality in-store experience. The role is part of the store leadership team and drives daily sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems
• Fulfill omni-channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and carry out inventory control
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• No supervisory or management experience required
• Fluency in English and Spanish (CEFR B2)
• Availability of at least 20-25 hours per week, including Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays, with longer hours during peak times

The full-time equivalent starting rate is EUR 22,500 per year (40 hours per week); the advertised position is part-time. Job offers may be conditional on completing the applicable work visa formalities.
