About the role

Join Cinemark’s front‑of‑house team as a Beer & Wine Server, where you’ll enhance guests’ movie‑going experience by delivering prompt, friendly food and beverage service. You’ll work in a fast‑paced theater environment, interacting with guests, taking orders, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide menu suggestions.
• Maintain full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance guest experience.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and process transactions at the register.
• Verify guest age for all alcohol sales and ensure alcohol is consumed only in designated areas.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy.
• Sanitize high‑contact areas and follow PPE guidelines.
• Monitor safety hazards and report concerns to management.
• Perform additional duties such as cross‑training in concessions, box office, or ushering as needed.

Required profile

• Proof of age (18 or 21 depending on state regulations).
• Completion of basic food‑handling training and any required local certifications.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with strong guest‑service focus.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.
