Bilingual Commercial Analyst (English/French)

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Commercial Associate Analyst who will support the North America Beverage team, including Canada, by analyzing customer and tax data. The role requires bilingual communication in English and French and focuses on ensuring data legality and accurate follow‑up for each case.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to stakeholder requests, providing timely solutions and updates.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve service level agreements.
• Manage ticket flow, prioritize requests, and align them with business plans.
• Establish processes to identify, track, resolve, and report customer issues.
• Participate in process‑fine‑tuning activities to increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Graduated in Business Administration, Engineering, Data & Analytics or a related field (up to 2 years of experience).
• 1 year of experience in commercial, finance, or customer service areas (preferred).
• Advanced written and oral proficiency in English and French.
• Experience compiling and integrating information from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of data‑governance models and customer/material hierarchies.
• Ability to create dynamic dashboards and reports using PepsiCo standard tools.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
