Bilingual Content Editor – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Content Editor to help train AI chatbots. The role involves interacting with AI models in both Spanish and English, creating and reviewing conversational content, and measuring model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in real‑time conversations with AI chatbots in Spanish and English to assess their progress.
• Write original dialogue scenarios that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Assign writing and editing tasks to AI models and evaluate the outputs for quality and relevance.
• Review AI‑generated content for grammatical accuracy, style consistency, and brand voice.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
